- Access our Returns Portal online.
- Provide your order number and your email address.
- Select the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Choose whether you'd like to Return,
-Exchange or receive Store Credit for each item.
-Select the shipping method you prefer and receive a return shipping label.
-Take your parcel to the nearest drop off point.
4.2. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
4.3 Once approved a £5.00 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
5.2. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.
